Sonya Rose is terrific, I had a pinch nerve in my neck that was giving me total discomfort. She introduced me to ace medicupping and I left feeling like a new person. She is my go to for discomfort and I always leave feeling better and for this I am forever grateful!

Each time I see Cynthia Foster at Rustic Retreat, it’s because I’m in pain, and medicine isn’t working to calm my tight muscles or nerve pain. She always helps take my pain away. Her calm demeanor, years of experience and overall knowledge of the body is amazing. I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived. Such a beautiful and peaceful environment to fully relax, destress and recharge! I’ve been struggling with stress and anxiety from my busy life and massage therapist Cynthia Foster has helped dissipate all of my symptoms! I can’t express my gratitude into words as I didn’t have many other options besides medication which I wanted to avoid. I’ve also had facial treatments done with Oona Ross which have transformed my skin. I work outside daily and my skin really needed some pampering.
