Meet Our Therapists
Meet Cynthia
Hi, I’m Cynthia, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend to many! Over the years, I’ve had a varied career as a Medical Technologist for twenty years, a writer with one published book and two in the works, and since 2004, as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I graduated from Palm Beach Academy of Health and Beauty in North Palm Beach Fl. My education includes, an AS in Medical Technology, BA in English Lit with a minor in Spanish and a diploma in Massage Therapy. I am certified in Craniosacral techniques. With my years of experience and education and continuing education, I can help you tailor your massage session to your unique needs or wants, whether that be a relaxing Swedish massage, Therapeutic massage, Deep Tissue massage or add in techniques to address painful areas and/or areas of dysfunction. Craniosacral Therapy can help with physical and emotional problems and other chronic issues. CST can be combined with massage when wanted or needed. Over the years, I’ve developed a good “ear” and am adept at listening to what you verbally tell me and what my touch “hears” from your body. I love what I do and look forward to meeting you. Together we can find what works best for you.

My professional philosophy is that each person should be treated as a wondrous creation; each made for a special purpose. It is my job to help their bodies to be more equipped to fulfill their destiny.
In my lifetime I have seen many people broken down by life; physically, mentally, and spiritually. With each new day I feel a renewed calling to reach others in the community that are in pain and feel there is no hope of a better quality of life. I feel it is my purpose to meet people where they are, lift them up, and to help them physically, mentally and spiritually so they can in turn fulfill the purpose to which they are called.
I have live in the Middle Tennessee community for 16 years with my husband and three sons. We reside just outside of Fayetteville on a little plot of land that enables us to garden and enjoy the countryside that we call home. I was transplanted into these rolling hills of Tennessee shortly after I married my husband in 2002 and I could not imagine a life anywhere else. It will be an honor to serve my community; my friends.
